What we collect

When you place an order, we ask for your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery address and any order notes.

How we use it

We use these details only to confirm, deliver and support your order, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp or by email.

Where it's stored

• Your cart and order confirmation page are saved in your own browser on your device.
• If order emails are switched on, your order details are sent through our email provider (EmailJS) to you and to our store inbox.
• When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply.

We don't take card payments on this website, so we never ask for card details.
